FluidBufOnsetSlice closes the server. (Linux, Supercollider)

I recently set up a dual boot of linux (Mint) and am running into an issue when using FluidBufOnsetSlice. Using the realtime version of onset slice works just fine, but when I try to use FluidBufOnsetSlice the server exits. I tried the same code on Windows and it ran without any issues. I’m using Supercollider 3.13 for each. Is there some setting somewhere that I’d need to change?

It seems to be a SuperCollider 3.13 on linux issue, as running the latest dev build does not have the same issue.

This is strange, here I cannot reproduce - there was another bug by someone with sc3.13 on Ubuntu 24 - I run Ubuntu 20 to run the tests… which flavour of Linux are you on?

I’m running the latest version of mint, which I believe is based on Ubuntu 24.04. possibly an issue with that version of Ubuntu and supercollider?

I’m on Ubuntu 20.04.2 - I’ll need to upgrade since it is coming to the end of its LTS commitment… I’ll need to talk to the admin gods as we compile against this too… more soon. In the meantime I’m happy that SC’s new version seems to behave
