A few users have done the natural thing to do: when they received the digest version if they have not connected for a while, they have clicked on the “unsubscribe link” at the bottom of that email. By law, we are obligated to put it there as we use ElasticEmail to send and receive all admin emails from this forum, but should you want to tweak your updates and email notifications, do it on the forum itself, as it has powerful customisation and will let you receive the crucial admin ones. This is how to do this:
- click on your logo, top right
- click on your name in the menu that appears
- click on ‘preferences’ in the sub-menu that appears
- you can set a lot of things there… for emails, select Emails on the left menu
The options are well explained. You can decide how much notifications you have, and if there is a summary that is sent to you in case of prolongated absence.
